Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Visual Designer, Web & Content to join our creative team. In this role, you will craft compelling content-driven web experiences that elevate how users engage with our brand across digital platforms.

This is not just about creating visually appealing assets-you will design how content is experienced over time: what captures attention, what keeps users engaged, and what drives them to think, feel, and act.

You’ll blend visual design, UX thinking, and storytelling to shape user journeys across websites, landing pages, and content ecosystems. Working closely with marketing, UX, and development teams, you will create visually striking, high-performing digital experiences that support growth, engagement, and conversion.

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the visual and experiential narrative of our online presence in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities: Design for Content Experience & Engagement

  • Design websites and content experiences that guide:
  • What users notice first
  • How long they engage
  • What they feel, think, and believe
  • Structure pages and content flows to optimize attention, clarity, and conversion

Web & Digital Design

  • Develop high-impact visual designs for:
  • Websites, landing pages, and content hubs
  • Marketing pages and campaign experiences
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and performance-driven

Motion, Interaction & Storytelling

  • Create motion graphics and micro-interactions that:
  • Enhance storytelling
  • Improve comprehension
  • Sustain engagement
  • Design content pacing across scroll, interaction, and animation

UX & Behavioral Design

  • Apply UX principles to improve usability, accessibility (WCAG), and information architecture
  • Reduce cognitive load and design clear visual hierarchies
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points and opportunities

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Collaborate with developers to implement front-end features using:
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Bootstrap
  • Maintain and update websites using CMS platforms such as:
  • WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or custom systems

Performance & Optimization

  • Use tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to:
  • Analyze user behavior (scroll depth, engagement, conversion)
  • Continuously refine layouts, visuals, and content structure
  • Iterate designs based on real user data and performance insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual design, digital design, and web design with a strong portfolio of responsive, content-driven experiences
  • Proficiency in tools such as:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq (or equivalents)

Front-End & Web Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of:
  • HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS), JavaScript
  • Frameworks such as React or Angular
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint)
  • Familiarity with web performance and responsive design best practices

Experience & UX Thinking

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Usability principles
  • Web accessibility (WCAG)
  • Typography, layout, and information architecture
  • Ability to design content flows and user journeys, not just static pages

Motion & Storytelling

  • Experience creating motion graphics using:
  • Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools
  • Ability to use motion and visual pacing to enhance content engagement

Data & Optimization

  • Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics)
  • Ability to translate data into actionable design improvements

Collaboration & Communication

  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, UX, and engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual experiences
