Job description

Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products, including: Technical Design Agents Configuration (Config) Agent AI Testing and Qualityfocused agents Support ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any Ability to collaborate across EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fastpaced, pilotdriven environment Strong documentation and problemsolving skills

Requirements

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills AI Developer, Test support, Strong documentation and problem solving skills AIenabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices Exposure to ServiceNow, platform configuration, or technical design concepts Comfortable performing peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting technical issues Ability to collaborate across EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fastpaced, pilotdriven environment Strong documentation and problemsolving skills AI Cloud Architecture and development (not required but nice to have)
