- Highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for critical business applications and payment gateway systems.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Linux, Windows, and observability tools, with a working knowledge of AWS and ServiceNow.
- This role requires close collaboration with multi-functional teams across different geographical regions, proactive incident management, and effective stakeholder communication to ensure seamless application availability and performance.
