IT Technician

We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team in Nottingham. This is an office-based role with occasional travel to sites across the UK, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Monday-Friday, office based £27,500

The role will involve providing day-to-day IT support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with the wider IT infrastructure., * Providing first and second line IT support to users

• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Setting up and maintaining laptops, PCs, monitors, printers and other hardware
• Supporting users with Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Providing basic support for Cisco networking equipment
• Setting up new users, equipment and software
• Managing IT equipment and keeping records up to date
• Supporting IT projects and system upgrades
• Travelling to UK sites when required to provide IT support

• Previous experience in an IT Technician or IT Support role
• Good experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Basic knowledge of Cisco
• Good hardware and troubleshooting experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and travelling to sites when required
