Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Helpdesk Technician to join our dynamic IT support team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and enterprise solutions., * 2+ years of Desktop/Workstation Support experience

Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems
Hardware and software installation, configuration, and support
Active Directory user administration
DNS troubleshooting
VPN setup and support
Network connectivity and printer troubleshooting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Customer-facing technical support experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license, * CompTIA A+ certification
Microsoft Desktop Support certification
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Experience using ticketing systems and managing hardware inventory, * Associate (Required)
