Experteer Overview As a ServiceNow Change Management Specialist, you will own and continuously improve the end-to-end change process within ServiceNow, ensuring changes are assessed, approved, and implemented with governance and risk control. You will collaborate with IT teams to drive automation, CAB governance, and KPI-driven reporting to reduce unauthorized changes and change-related incidents. This role offers impact across Incident, Problem, and ITSM domains, with opportunities to advance ServiceNow capabilities and drive measurable operational efficiency. Compensation / Benefits * Operate and continuously improve the end-to-end Change Management process in ServiceNow * Validate high risk/high impact changes for completeness, risk, and policy adherence * Facilitate AI-enabled automation of Change review * Facilitate and/or support CAB meetings with appropriate representation and documented follow-up * Manage the change calendar to minimize conflicts and scheduling risk * Support KPI reporting on change performance (emergency rate, failure rate, downtime, duration) * Act as the ServiceNow Change module SME including configuration, workflow design, approvals, and cross-domain integrations (Incident/Problem) * Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, notifications, and forms; ensure data integrity across CSDM/CMDB * Partner with platform/development teams to drive enhancements, automation, and integrations (e.g., AI automation) to uplift Change Manager productivity * Ensure accurate CI, Service and Service Offering usage for each change Tasks * 9+ years in IT Service Management with strong emphasis on Change Management/Change Enablement * ServiceNow experience from a service provider perspective (not consumer) * Proven CAB facilitation experience * Working knowledge of CMDB structure and CI relationships * Strong analytical capability to interpret change/incident data and identify patterns * Ability to extract actionable insights and communicate to diverse audiences * Experience producing dashboards/reports in ServiceNow (Performance Analytics and reporting module) * Strong alignment to ITIL best practices and governance expectations * ITIL 4 Foundation (required); ITIL 5 Foundation strongly preferred; COBIT 5 certification a plus * Nice to have: CSA, CIS-ITSM, and current ServiceNow ITSM coursework Key requirements *
