Job description

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Change Management Specialist to manage and improve the end-to-end Change Management process, ensuring proper governance, risk assessment, approvals, and successful implementation of IT changes.

Requirements

8+ years of IT Service Management / Change Management
Strong ServiceNow Change Management experience
Experience with CAB processes and change governance
Strong knowledge of ITIL; ITIL 4 Foundation required
Working knowledge of CMDB, CIs, Service & Service Offerings
ServiceNow workflow, approval, forms, and reporting experience
Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Incident & Problem Management integration
Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD changes and change automation

Preferred:

Financial Services / Banking experience
ServiceNow CSA or CIS-ITSM certification
ITIL 5 / higher-level ITIL certification
Experience with change automation and AI-driven processes

Benefits & conditions

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
