Job description
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Change Management Specialist to manage and improve the end-to-end Change Management process, ensuring proper governance, risk assessment, approvals, and successful implementation of IT changes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT Service Management / Change Management
- Strong ServiceNow Change Management experience
- Experience with CAB processes and change governance
- Strong knowledge of ITIL; ITIL 4 Foundation required
- Working knowledge of CMDB, CIs, Service & Service Offerings
- ServiceNow workflow, approval, forms, and reporting experience
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Incident & Problem Management integration
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD changes and change automation
Preferred:
- Financial Services / Banking experience
- ServiceNow CSA or CIS-ITSM certification
- ITIL 5 / higher-level ITIL certification
- Experience with change automation and AI-driven processes
Benefits & conditions
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
