Transformation Leads play a crucial role in driving organisational change, coordinating delivery improvements and reshaping business processes to meet evolving demands. This contract opportunity in Manchester invites experienced transformation professionals to lead initiatives that could improve operational performance and create measurable impact across teams and functions.

About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Transformation Lead opportunities within a fast-paced consulting and transformation environment. Roles of this type may involve partnering across multiple business functions to identify improvement opportunities, coordinate delivery of change initiatives and ensure sustained performance gains. You could work with stakeholders at various levels, translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and supporting teams through periods of organisational change.

What you would do

Typical responsibilities could include:

  • Coordinating transformation and change initiatives from planning through to delivery and embedding
  • Working with senior stakeholders to define improvement objectives and success metrics
  • Analysing business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Supporting teams through change, providing guidance on new ways of working
  • Tracking delivery progress against milestones and reporting status to leadership
  • Collaborating across functions to ensure coordinated and aligned delivery
  • Contributing to process improvement methodologies and continuous enhancement, * Contract-based engagement at £600-900 per day, based on experience and scope
  • Opportunity to drive meaningful business improvement and see change initiatives through to embedding
  • Exposure to diverse business functions and strategic decision-making
  • Development of transformation, stakeholder management and delivery leadership capabilities
  • Flexibility inherent in contract-based work, with a Manchester-based location
  • Involvement in organisations tackling complex operational and strategic challenges

Requirements

  • 4-6 years’ experience in transformation, change management, delivery coordination or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience delivering process improvement or operational efficiency initiatives
  • Strong financial analysis or process improvement capabilities
  • Proficiency with delivery tools, methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent) and performance tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in matrix environments and coordinate across teams
