IT Project Manager

• Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones and resource schedules
• Identifying, tracking and managing project risks, issues and dependencies
• Maintaining clear reporting and governance structures for stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams and technical teams
• Facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting agile delivery coordination where applicable
• Collaborating with product and business partners on user story creation, backlog refinement and stakeholder alignment
• Analysing project financials, budgets and delivering finance reporting to support decision-making

• Experience in end-to-end project delivery and project planning within a technology or IT environment
• Demonstrated capability in risk and issue management and reporting and governance
• Working knowledge of programme governance and multi-workstream coordination
• Experience managing project budgets and financial oversight
• Familiarity with agile delivery approaches and the ability to facilitate agile ceremonies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
