Transformation Lead

• Designing and leading transformation programmes aligned to business objectives
• Conducting process analysis and financial impact assessment to identify improvement opportunities
• Developing detailed transformation roadmaps and managing delivery against milestones
• Coordinating cross-functional workstreams and ensuring workstream leads stay aligned
• Engaging stakeholders across business functions and communicating progress, risks and outcomes
• Coaching teams through adoption of new processes and ways of working
• Monitoring key performance metrics and reporting progress to senior leadership
• Contributing to continuous improvement and identifying capability gaps within the transformation function

• 3+ years’ experience in transformation, change management, process improvement or business delivery
• Proven experience delivering transformation programmes or significant business improvement initiatives
• Strong financial analysis capability-comfort translating operational improvements into financial impact
• Process mapping, Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology experience
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Delivery coordination skills-comfort with workstream planning, milestone tracking and risk management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related discipline
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability

Nice-to-have:

• Agile or Prince2 certification
• Experience in regulated or complex matrix environments
• Background in supply chain, operations or financial services transformation
