IGA Solutions Lead / Architect (IAM)

Our client is seeking an experienced IGA Solutions Lead / Architect to lead critical Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. This individual will serve as the technical owner and architect for TECO’s Identity Management Transformation program focused on CyberArk and Saviynt implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep Identity and Access Management (IAM) expertise and be capable of driving architecture, implementation, operational stabilization, and long-term ownership while partnering closely with IBM as the implementation partner., * Serve as the technical lead and architect for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives.

• Own the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of CyberArk and Saviynt platforms.
• Design and implement scalable IAM solutions across CyberArk, Saviynt, Azure AD, and Active Directory environments.
• Assess current IAM infrastructure, identify risks and gaps, and lead remediation efforts.
• Drive multiple concurrent IAM initiatives focused on improving security posture and reducing operational risk.
• Partner with IBM and internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of IAM solutions and outcomes.
• Lead user lifecycle management processes including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.
• Integrate IAM processes with ServiceNow for access requests, approvals, workflow automation, and governance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to security and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure compliance, auditability, and governance standards are consistently implemented across identity platforms.

Required

• Strong background in Identity Management and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Experience with Saviynt IGA implementations and administration.
• Expertise with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Experience managing user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with ServiceNow.
• Proven architecture and technical leadership experience.
• Ability to take ownership, drive delivery, and lead technical initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Previous experience as an IAM Solutions Lead or Architect.
• Experience working alongside large system integrators such as IBM.
• Experience stabilizing IAM environments following security assessments or vulnerability findings.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield IAM implementations.
• Strong background in governance, compliance, and identity security best practices.
