Kforce has a client that is seeking an IGA Solutions Lead - Architect in Tampa, FL., IGA & PAM Leadership:
- Serve as the IGA Solutions Lead and Architect, owning design, implementation, and ongoing administration
- Take full ownership of the IGA and PAM platforms, ensuring long-term sustainability and operational excellence
- Act as the primary technical authority for: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA); Privileged Access Management (PAM) using CyberArk; Saviynt architecture and implementation
Architecture & Implementation:
- Lead greenfield and brownfield IAM initiatives, including new implementations and modernization of existing environments
- Design and implement secure, scalable IAM architectures across: Saviynt; CyberArk; Azure/Azure AD; Active Directory
- Provide architectural guidance during the initial phase of implementation, ensuring best practices and security standards are met
Operational Stabilization & Risk Mitigation:
- Assess the current state IAM infrastructure and identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
- Lead remediation efforts for IAM-related vulnerabilities identified within the past several months
- Support multiple parallel projects aimed at improving IAM posture and reducing operational risk
Requirements
Our client is seeking an experienced IGA Solutions Lead - Architect to take ownership of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives during a critical phase of implementation. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design, implement, and stabilize IAM solutions while driving delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep IAM experience beyond IGA alone, with strong exposure to CyberArk, SailPoint (Saviynt), Azure AD, and Active Directory, and the ability to partner effectively with an external implementation partner (IBM) while maintaining internal ownership., * Strong experience in Access Management and Identity Management
- Hands-on experience supporting or leading a PAM implementation, preferably with CyberArk
- Proven experience working with an IGA tool (Saviynt strongly preferred)
- Experience navigating and integrating with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience with IT Service Management, specifically ServiceNow
- Prior experience in architecture-level decision making, not just administration
- Solid understanding of user lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive delivery, and lead technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience acting as a Solutions Lead or Architect for IAM programs
- Experience working alongside large system integrators (e.g., IBM)
- Background in stabilizing IAM environments following security assessments or vulnerability findings
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
