Upload and manage product listings using Excel and bulk import tools

Organise product data (SKUs, specs, dimensions, pricing) and maintain accurate categorisation across the site

Curate and manage on-site merchandising - product placement, collections, cross-sell/upsell setup, and seasonal ranging

Liaise with suppliers to source and maintain accurate product data, images, and specifications

Write clear, accurate listing copy - titles, short descriptions, and spec sheets

Work closely with our content writer and photographer to keep listings, copy, and visuals aligned

Assist with periodic content and data audits and clean-up projects
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a blend of skills, curiosity, and initiative. Ideally, you’ll have:

A degree or A-Level (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Retail, or a related field

Strong Excel skills - confident with formulas, formatting, and large datasets

A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills, comfortable managing large volumes of product data

Clear, accurate writing skills for listing copy, with good spelling and grammar

An interest in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital retail

A practical mindset or hands-on hobby (e.g. DIY, construction, engineering, mechanics) - helpful for understanding our product range

The ability to juggle multiple tasks and take ownership of your work

A collaborative attitude and enjoyment of team-based working
Bonus points (but not essential):

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento

Familiarity with merchandising, pricing, or stock-planning principles

Basic knowledge of image editing (e.g. Photoshop)
Benefits & conditions
This is an in-office role (WR3 8TD). Your primary focus is product data, listings, and on-site merchandising, with some writing for listing copy and short product descriptions.
Salary: £23,000-£26,000, depending on experience (plus sales bonus), Role BenefitsAll sales and marketing team members share in the Team Bonus Scheme, a commission pool distributed monthly.
Holiday starts at 30 days a year (including Bank Holidays) and rises by a day for each year of service after year two. This is capped at 8 years’ service, giving up to 36 days of annual leave (including Bank Holidays).
Each quarter, there’s a prize draw for a bonus day off or similar.
If your birthday falls on a working day, it’s a paid day off.
Auto-enrolment in the Nest Pension Scheme.
