Job description

We are looking for an eCommerce Product Administrator to manage and improve our online product listings.

This is ideal for someone with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency and completing structured work efficiently.

You will work as part of a small, supportive team where individual contributions are easy to see.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating, checking and improving product listings across our websites and marketplace channels.

This includes researching products, preparing descriptions, checking specifications and pricing, managing images and ensuring products appear in the correct areas of our websites and sales channels.

You will also support wider eCommerce activities including website merchandising, on-site SEO, product feeds, pricing and stock availability.

The role also includes telephone and showroom cover as required.

This is a varied, hands-on position with the opportunity to develop into a broader website management role as your knowledge and responsibilities grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, variants and meta fields.

  • Maintain consistent product information, pricing and feeds across our sales channels.

  • Monitor competitor pricing and make routine updates within agreed guidelines.

  • Apply established on-site SEO guidelines to product listings and support occasional website content updates.

  • Manage assigned work through Trello, follow documented procedures and meet deadlines.

  • Maintain website merchandising, including featured products, bundles, collection ordering and promotional changes.

  • Provide occasional second-line telephone and showroom cover, answering straightforward product and sales enquiries.

  • Carry out other reasonable duties related to the role and the needs of the business.

What Might a Typical Day Look Like?

You might begin the day by reviewing your priorities in Trello before starting work on a new product range.

Using supplier information, approved AI-assisted tools and your own research, you would create accurate product listings in Shopify and Linnworks, then check that they display correctly across our websites and sales channels.

Requirements

  • Strong written English and the ability to explain products clearly

  • Confidence using computers and learning new software

  • Confidence working with spreadsheets and product data

  • Some familiarity with HTML, or the confidence to learn the basics

  • The confidence to ask questions when information is unclear

  • The ability to work independently from written procedures

  • A willingness to learn about home audio products and their applications

  • A clear, professional and helpful telephone manner

  • An understanding of SEO and website merchandising

  • Experience working with product data or large spreadsheets

  • Basic image-editing experience (Canva)

  • An interest in home audio, entertainment or consumer technology
