IT Hardware Technician - Disassembly

• Disassembling servers, workstations, and switches
• Processing components in part number order
• Checking grading and asset label information
• Identifying faults or defects in hardware during disassembly
• Entering stock into the inventory system
• Using basic hand tools
• Ensuring workspaces are tidy and tools properly maintained
• Adhering to workplace safety, including safe handling of equipment and compliance with company policies.
• Handling IT equipment (up to 25kg) and working on your feet for extended periods

• A genuine interest in IT hardware, with experience in a similar role or through personal hobbies (being the go-to tech person counts!)
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of parts
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and learn quickly
• Organised, reliable, and a team player, * GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Computer hardware: 1 year (preferred)
