Systems Support Analyst (G7) (Information Technology)

Triumph Consultants are looking for a Systems Support Analyst to provide second-line support for incidents, service requests and technical issues escalated from first-line support teams. Contract is for 7 months in Chichester., * Provide second-line support for incidents, service requests and technical issues escalated from first-line support teams.

• Diagnose and resolve issues relating to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, endpoint technologies, identity services and business applications.
• Work closely with resolver groups, technical specialists and suppliers to restore services, maintain customer satisfaction and support continual service improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to L1 colleagues as required.

• Experience working within IT Service Desk, Technical Support or IT Operations environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory technologies.
• Experience investigating and resolving technical incidents, managing service requests and using ITSM platforms.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
