Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Change Management Process Analyst

Experteer Overview In this ITSM Change Management Analyst role, you drive the integration of IT services into customer environments by aligning with core ITIL processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed changes, manage risk, and report progress to senior leadership. You’ll facilitate CAB activities, post-implementation reviews, and ensure transparent communication about scope, impact, and costs. This role offers impact on mission-critical IT services and opportunities to shape change governance through ServiceNow and project artifacts. Compensation / Benefits * Manage and maintain the Change Enablement system * Coordinate CAB membership and ensure effective change assessment * Identify, track, and close program risks and action items; assess risk and cost of changes * Build relationships with service providers, customers, and technical staff * Deliver briefings and training to ensure common understanding of objectives * Ensure compliance with process standards and stay updated on policy changes * Conduct PIRs and chair PIRB * Communicate schedule, impact, and cost changes to stakeholders * Assess impact of changes on other changes, services, and CIs * Utilize ServiceNow dashboards to report process status * Provide input for technology requirements related to Change Management * Collaborate with Change Evaluation team for evaluation during approval and post-deployment * Support measurement and reporting for weekly/monthly meetings * Manage end-to-end projects following procedures and templates * Develop and maintain project management artifacts (schedules, briefings, reports) Tasks * TS/SCI with Poly * Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years of related work experience * Good working knowledge of Service Management workflows and ITSM processes * ITIL V4 or 5 certification and training * Experience with IT Change Management processes and practices * Experience managing IT implementation projects and teams to meet milestones * Experience with Microsoft Project scheduling * Strong technical leadership abilities * Excellent written documentation of ITSM processes * Strong verbal communication for presenting technical details to non-technical audiences Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare benefits * retirement benefits * continuing education * competitive compensation
