Business Change Lead

• Lead Business Change Initiatives: Ensure consistent delivery and embedding of business change management across the programme.
• Champion Change Management: Advocate for the importance of change processes and practises to stakeholders, fostering an environment of understanding and acceptance.
• Provide Expertise: Offer change management guidance to project teams, applying best practises to drive successful delivery.
• Deliver Quality Outcomes: Manage multiple projects concurrently, working closely with Programme, Project Managers, Sponsors, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Conduct Impact Analysis: Assess change readiness and go/no-go criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in business change management within large, complex programmes.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and achieve project benefits.
• Excellent communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse groups.
• Experience creating and maintaining robust business change plans across project lifecycles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with a self-driven approach.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
