Job description

Provide 2nd line support for hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
Troubleshoot desktop, networking, printer and remote access problems
Support Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online and Teams
Assist with server, cloud and network administration
Support software deployments, upgrades and IT projects
Apply security updates and assist with cyber security initiatives
Maintain accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange Online
Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and VPNs
Experience supporting end-user devices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with Intune, Hyper-V/VMware and Backup and Disaster Recovery Technologies would be desirable.
Full UK driving licence
