1st/2nd Line IT Support

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.
• Build, deploy and support laptops, desktops, workstations and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows and other business-critical applications.
• Assist with the maintenance of server and network infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update support tickets.
• Support technology rollouts, upgrades and improvement projects.
• Work closely with users to deliver a high level of customer service.

• Previous experience within an IT Support, Service Desk or similar technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic networking issues.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive and organised approach to problem solving.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working within ITIL or structured support environments would be advantageous.
• A full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
