Digital & IT Analyst

• Lead and support IT, digitalization, and SAP Business One projects
• Develop, test, maintain, support, and document software applications, interfaces, and system integrations
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support daily operations and handle support requests, e.g. via ServiceNow
• Collaborate with business functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Customer Engagement
• Prepare functional specifications, project documentation, and user training materials
• Analyze systems, data, and business processes to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and international IT teams
• Provide guidance to peers and actively participate in the team cadence to support the team’s continuous improvement

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in software development and system integration
• Knowledge of SAP Business One (preferred) or SAP or other ERPs
• Good SQL skills and experience with databases and reporting tools
• Experience with ERP systems, interfaces, and business processes
• Project management experience and a structured, solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different business functions
• Good English skills for working in international teams

Nice to Have

• SAP Business One certification
• Experience with SAP add-ons, SAP SDK, DI-API, B1iSN, Crystal Reports, or .NET
• Knowledge of EDI, middleware, and complex integration scenarios
• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Power Analysis, or Business Warehous
