Senior Salesforce Functional Lead

Compensation / Benefits * Define system architecture and interfaces across components and systems * Apply enterprise architecture standards to ensure scalable, compliant solutions * Develop and evaluate solution designs with cost-benefit analysis * Create and maintain reference architectures and reusable building blocks * Translate architecture strategies into solution designs and implementation plans * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to promote standardized technologies * Stay current on emerging technologies and lead pilots/PoCs * Analyze infrastructure capacity and align technology investments with goals * Own the functional Salesforce Service Cloud and Armforce Revenue Management (ARM) initiatives * Translate business outcomes into scalable Salesforce capabilities and advise on options * Evaluate new Salesforce and Agentforce capabilities to improve performance and user experience * Leverage lifecycle management capabilities and deliver enterprise Salesforce implementations Tasks * 2-4 years of intermediate experience in a relevant discipline with demonstrated architecture/design for cloud-based platforms * 6-8 years of experience total * Proven architecture and design experience for cloud-based platforms and enterprise applications * Experience architecting and integrating enterprise systems and data * Familiarity with IoT technology * Knowledge of Agile software development and DevSecOps * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Enterprise Salesforce functional consulting experience and deep Salesforce Service Cloud expertise * Experience with Salesforce Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) and revenue lifecycle processes * Preferred Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification, Salesforce AI Associate and/or Agentforce Certification Key requirements *
