About the company
NET-i is a locally owned Managed IT Services Provider that has been helping small and mid-sized businesses get more from their technology since 1998.
We believe IT support should be personal. Our clients should know the people supporting their business and have confidence that when something needs attention, someone will take ownership of it.
At NET-i, how we do our work matters just as much as the technical work itself. Our team is built around five core values: Service, Integrity, Quality, Reliability, and Accountability. These values guide how we treat our clients, how we work with one another, and how we approach every problem we are trusted to solve.
We’re looking for an IT Support Technician I-II who enjoys solving problems, working with people, learning new technologies, and taking responsibility for getting things done.
This position is ideal for someone who already has a solid foundation in IT support and wants the opportunity to continue developing into a well-rounded systems and network technician., We serve with urgency, care, and purpose.
Our clients depend on us to keep their businesses moving. We respond quickly, listen carefully, and remember there is a person on the other end of every service request. Great service means more than fixing technology-it means making someone’s day easier.
Integrity
We stand by our word and our work.
We do what we say we will do. We communicate honestly, protect our clients’ trust, admit when we don’t know something, and do the right thing even when no one is watching.
Quality
We continuously improve the quality of our product.
Good enough isn’t where we stop. We document what we learn, improve our processes, strengthen our technical skills, and look for better ways to deliver consistent, high-quality IT service.
Reliability
We’re there when our clients need us, and we take care of our employees.
Our clients and teammates need to know they can count on us. We show up, follow through, communicate when circumstances change, and support one another as a team.
Accountability
We own it, fix it, and learn from it.
When a problem comes our way, we take responsibility for helping get it resolved. We don’t hide mistakes, point fingers, or simply pass difficult problems to someone else. We own the situation, work toward a solution, and use what we learn to become better.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid in-person/remote position, but it is not a remote-only position.
Our technicians work from a combination of NET-i’s office, client locations, and remotely depending on the needs of our clients and team.
New employees should expect an initial 90-day in-office training and onboarding period. After successful completion of the introductory period, this position may have the opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week, based on performance, job responsibilities, client needs, and company policy.
Because NET-i believes onsite service remains an important part of great IT support, technicians must be comfortable traveling to client locations when needed.
