IT SUPPORT ANALYST

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor and maintain network and server infrastructure
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
• Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
• Train staff on the proper use of hardware and software
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
• Document all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments
• Collaborate with IT team members to provide efficient and effective IT support services

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support role
