JIRA Administrator - SOUTHCOM EDA

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: This position does not require a security clearance; however, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship., * Proposed personnel possess the knowledge and capability to configure, manage, and optimize JIRA as the primary ticketing system for Work Order tracking and workflow automation.

• Personnel must be proficient in JIRA administration, workflow development, permission management, and integrations with DevOps tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to support issue resolution and system performance enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field -OR- A minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration.
• Must have demonstrated experience in configuring JIRA workflows, managing issue tracking systems, and integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring.

Desired but not Required Certifications:

* Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator or ITIL Foundation Certification.
