IT Specialist

This is an On-site position at our executive headquarters in Uniondale, NY. The daily role is towards internal employee and system support with no customer facing activity.

Preferred candidates will expertise with installation and troubleshooting of Windows Servers and Computers their Hardware, Operating Systems and Software on a corporate based WAN.

Experience or knowledge in the following is required:

Windows Server set up and support

Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Sync and Outlook

Group Policy, Active Directory; User and Mailbox Creation

Windows 10/11 workstation set up and support.

Hard Drive technologies SAS/SATA/RAID/m.2/u.2/NVMe

Basic Electronics, hardware setup, support and troubleshooting.

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Networking, SMB, Routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP,

Printer installations (Including Server Network Drivers)

Programming (Batch / PowerShell)

Because we are international, there is the need to deal with Critical issues on various clocks and travel in emergencies. (Additional Compensation or PTO arranged depending on severity)

Must have:

• Valid U.S. Passport and NYS Driver’s License
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Must possess a confident and creditable demeanor at all times.
• A clean and polished appearance with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Must be able to work alongside other technical support personnel.
