Entry Level PC Technician / Help Desk

Are you interested in helping people by providing stellar customer service? Join the No Compromise Gaming team as an Entry Level PC Technician. In this role, you will receive training to diagnose and repair desktop and laptop computers, providing top-notch support to our customers., * Provide remote and telephone-based troubleshooting assistance to customers.

• Unpack systems as they are received and assess their condition.
• Test systems and document any issues.
• Diagnose and repair identified issues.
• Prepare systems for shipment.

• Excellent computer skills, particularly with Windows 10/11.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A solid work ethic and the ability to pass a background check.
• Experience building PCs and familiarity with different hardware components.
• Passion for PC gaming and being a self-proclaimed “gaming nerd.”
