L2 Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced (6-9Years ) L2 Support Engineer to provide application and production support for enterprise systems. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, incident and service request management, root cause analysis, and ensuring high system availability. The candidate will work closely with development, operations, and business teams to resolve technical issues, implement enhancements, and support continuous service improvement., * Investigate and resolve L2 application and production support issues.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Monitor system performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with development teams for defect fixes and enhancements.
• Support change management and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

• AngularJS:Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance front-end applications.
• Java Engineering: Strong expertise in Java-based application support, debugging, and performance analysis.
• ServiceNow: Experience managing incidents, service requests, problem records, and workflow processes.
• IT Service Management (ITSM): Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, and service request management processes.

Pay Range*: $50 - $55/- per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
