Job description

The People Analytics & BI Analyst is a temporary, part-time role responsible for developing and improving Power BI dashboards, reports, and data solutions that support HR decision-making. The role works closely with HRIS, Total Rewards, Payroll, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs, organize data from multiple sources, and deliver accurate, accessible, and actionable workforce insights. The analyst will design, build, test, and maintain Power BI dashboards using HRIS and related data sources, * Writing SQL queries, developing Power Query transformations

  • Creating data models and DAX calculations
  • Validating data accuracy
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Improving recurring reporting processes
  • Document data sources, calculations, and refresh procedures
  • Provide project updates
  • Transfer knowledge to the HRIS team so reporting solutions can be maintained after the assignment ends

Requirements

Associate Degree

EXPERIENCE 2 years of relevant experience

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS Microsoft Certified: Power BI, Azure

COMPUTER/SYSTEMS/SOFTWARE POLICY Advanced/Technical Skills - Includes programming languages (Python, Java, C#), database management (SQL), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and specialized software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)., This position primarily involves sedentary office work and extended use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment. The role requires prolonged sitting, repetitive hand and wrist movements, frequent visual attention to detailed data, and regular verbal and written communication with team members and stakeholders. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting or carrying light office materials may be required. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
