IT Desktop Support Technician

We are hiring an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and Microsoft Windows issues while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and IP phones.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and network issues.
• Perform Active Directory administration and device imaging.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and maintain IT asset inventory.
• Support Cisco VPN, Citrix, and remote support tools.
• Assist with IT deployments and projects.

• Associate’s degree in IT or related field.
• 1+ year of hardware support experience.
• 1+ year of customer-facing IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
