Job description

Seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and end-user issues in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows systems, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, desktop deployments, and ticketing systems., * Provide desktop and technical support to end users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows issues.
Support Active Directory user accounts and permissions.
Perform PC imaging, deployment, and hardware setup.
Support printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and applications.
Manage service tickets and document resolutions.
Provide excellent customer service and follow IT processes.

Requirements

3+ years of IT support/help desk experience preferred.
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Active Directory and hardware support.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, ServiceNow, VPN, or Citrix is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits & conditions

$21.00 - $23.50 an hour - Full-time, Contract
