IT Support Administrator

We are seeking a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across desktop, laptop, mobile, and network environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology issues, working directly with users, and helping maintain a stable IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and Microsoft applications

• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 issues

• Set up and configure new computers, user accounts, and peripherals

• Support Active Directory user administration, password resets, and permissions

• Install, maintain, and update software applications

• Manage and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities

• Troubleshoot network connectivity, VPN, and remote access issues

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems

• Document issues, solutions, and support procedures

• 2+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience

• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint

• Knowledge of Active Directory and user administration

• Experience with printer and peripheral support

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
