Job description
The Scrum Master plays a key role in coaching, guiding, and facilitating a high-performing Agile team. This individual serves as a critical liaison between the product delivery team and clients, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
- SAFe certification or experience working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile) environment
- Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Experience with Agile metrics and reporting (e.g., velocity, burndown, team performance)
Experience & Skills
- Coach and mentor teams in Agile/Scrum practices, including initial setup and execution of sprints and iterations
- Provide ongoing guidance to ensure alignment with Agile principles and delivery roadmaps
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process refinement
- Define and track success metrics to evaluate project performance and outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes, tools, and team effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and scale Agile frameworks, ensuring practical and sustainable implementation
- Support evaluation and selection of Agile tools and practices
- Promote and reinforce Agile best practices across teams and projects
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
