Job description

  • Work with end users to communicate IT environment changes and impacts
  • Partner with vendors on service contracts
  • Provide troubleshooting support for mobile devices and applications
  • Develop user guides and instructions for application configurations
  • Coordinate updates and upgrades for mobile devices
  • Record and document processes and update existing documentation
  • Support change and release processes for IT systems implementation
  • Produce reports and perform clean-up activities
  • Manage decommissioning and shipping of devices
  • Ensure compliance with Mobile Policy guidelines

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service or end-user support experience
  • Experience in IT support, mobile device support, or end-user support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, * Experience with iOS platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts
  • Enterprise IT environment experience
  • Demonstrated employment stability and successful completion of prior assignments
