Experteer Overview In this hybrid Exton, PA role, you support financial operations and user administration to ensure accurate processing of SELECT and product orders, new accounts, and contract updates. You work closely with the QA team on ad-hoc projects and maintain reliable CRM-related processes. You will engage with internal stakeholders via Teams and email to keep data and accounts up to date, contributing to a trusted, efficient software business. Compensation / Benefits * Process SELECT cancellations, new SELECT orders, and new product orders * Process inbound purchase orders and renewal requests * Complete new account requests * Update user addresses, contacts, and contract updates/corrections * Assist with ad-hoc projects for the Quality Assurance Team * Maintain communication with managers and colleagues via Microsoft Teams (in person occasionally) Tasks * 1-2 years’ experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, or a finance-related role * Attention to detail * Ability to learn and understand customer relationship software * Fluency with Microsoft Office Professional 2013 or greater * Ability to demonstrate rational and logical decision-making and proactive problem solving * Friendly and pleasant telephone, e-mail, and interpersonal demeanor Key requirements * team culture and collaboration * attractive salary and benefits package * commitment to inclusion and colleague wellbeing * global initiatives and resource groups * opportunity to contribute to a world-leading software company
