Data Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will build and maintain analytics across the development lifecycle, focusing on equipment/OFCI tracking, construction progress, commissioning status, and operational readiness. You will provide dashboards and lifecycle insights to support design, procurement, and planning decisions, collaborating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. You will surface risks and cost drivers to inform total cost of ownership and investment choices. A leadership element includes guiding a team of analysts and enabling cross-functional decision-making. Compensation / Benefits * Create and manage dashboards and analytics to monitor engineering progress, equipment/OFCI status, construction, commissioning, and turnover readiness * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate equipment demand data and delivery alignment * Leverage data from Oracle, Autodesk Forma, Palantir, Smartsheet, CxAlloy, and ServiceNow to deliver consistent development execution insights * Identify lifecycle risks and cost drivers to support TCO planning and investment decisions * Enable structured insights that support scenario planning, procurement timing, and operational risk mitigation * Lead and develop a team of analysts supporting execution data, reporting tools, and system workflows * Partner with Capital Planning, Cost Controls, and Operations to ensure lifecycle data supports cross-functional decision-making Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience * Three or more years in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role with data analysis and visualization focus * Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar data analysis/reporting tools Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * flexible spending and HSA accounts * paid holidays * paid time off * paid volunteer days
