Job description

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Business Analyst to act as the primary liaison between People Operations, Finance, and IT. In this role, you will map end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, translate complex business needs, and drive scalable enterprise SaaS platform configurations for a global workforce.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process Engineering: Lead discovery, value stream mapping, and end-to-end process optimization across the complete Hire-to-Retire (H2R) lifecycle.
  • Requirement Delivery: Elicit, refine, and document business requirements and business cases for strategic corporate initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with IT, Finance, external vendors, and architects to align functional needs with standard SaaS capabilities.
  • Testing & Quality: Drive QA and UAT strategies, test execution, risk mitigation, and post-go-live reviews.
  • Leadership & Enablement: Mentor junior analysts and partner with Learning & Development to create end-user training materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRIS Business Analyst experience on large-scale enterprise software implementations.
  • Deep functional expertise in H2R domains (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Core HR, Time/Attendance, Payroll, Benefits, L&D).

  • Strong experience eliciting, refining, and documenting detailed business requirements and enterprise business cases for strategic corporate initiatives.
  • Proven success leading UAT, data governance, and compliance controls within enterprise People systems.
  • Strong consultative skills, excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and executive storytelling capabilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with major cloud HCM platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, UKG, ADP), Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and support for hybrid corporate/operational workforces.
