Solution Engineer

You’ll partner directly with real-world companies to design the optimal implementation plan, address integration gaps, and ensure our AI delivers tangible value quickly. • Translate customer workflows into deployable AI solutions
• Lead technical discovery and onboarding for new customers
• Solve integration challenges between systems (TMS, load boards, emails, APIs, etc.)
• Build internal tools, automation scripts, or custom adapters when needed
• Monitor early usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure outcomes
• Partner closely with product and engineering to close feature or tooling gaps, Arnata’s AI Workers are deployed deep inside customer operations. If they don’t work, nothing works. You’re the one who makes sure they do. This is a high-agency, high-visibility role. You’ll sit at the center of engineering, customer success, and product-solving problems that define the future of global logistics.

Skills We Value

• Background in engineering, CS, systems integration, or technical operations
• Proficient in one or more languages (Python, JS/TS, Bash, etc.)
• Experience with APIs, scripting, and system-to-system integration
• Strong writing and customer communication skills
• Bonus: exposure to logistics, AI workflows, or automation tooling
• Bonus: experience with TMS platforms or freight software

This range is provided by Arnata. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience - talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr
