Job description

Seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator with Dayforce experience to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of an enterprise HR information system environment., * Administer and maintain the Dayforce HCM platform.
Configure HRIS functionality including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, and related modules.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR and business users.
Manage system configurations, workflows, security roles, and user access.
Support integrations, data interfaces, reporting, and system enhancements.
Perform data validation, audits, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
Support Dayforce upgrades, testing, implementations, and change initiatives.
Develop and maintain documentation and system procedures.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Hands-on experience administering Dayforce / Ceridian Dayforce.
Strong understanding of HRIS/HCM systems and HR business processes.
Experience with Dayforce configuration, security, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management.
Experience with data analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and system upgrades.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
