Electrical Superintendent (Data Center)

• Defend employers across the full spectrum of employment litigation - wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination
• Handle matters from inception through resolution: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Advise employer clients on compliance with California and federal labor and employment laws
• Draft policies, handbooks, and employment agreements to reduce litigation exposure
• Collaborate with firm attorneys on cross-practice matters with an employment dimension, Any combination of the following is fine, you don’t need all of them:
• Wage and Hour Defense
• PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act)
• Wrongful Termination
• Discrimination and Retaliation Defense
• Employment Compliance and Handbook Drafting
• Labor and Employment Law (CA and Federal)

• Active California bar license
• Minimum 3 years of defense-side employment law experience
• Strong PAGA case handling background
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently and deliver practical compliance counsel
