Job description

  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based workstations, hardware, and software.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, remote, and in person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, DNS, Active Directory, and printer issues.
  • Set up new user accounts, email, and applications.
  • Track support tickets, hardware inventory, and documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and user training.
  • Travel to client sites using a company vehicle as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of desktop/workstation support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware/software troubleshooting, Active Directory, DNS, VPN, and networking.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
