Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Technician to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support and IT infrastructure, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer networks, and ensuring the smooth operation of various operating systems. Experience and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365
Installing and troubleshooting Routers
Dental Office networking experience a plus
Network installation and troubleshooting
Clients On-Site visits( Company Car Provided, after 90 Days)
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to computer networking, firewalls, VPNs, and operating systems.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components.
Offer technical support for both Windows and Mac OS environments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps taken.
Educate users on best practices for computer usage and security measures.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles.
Strong knowledge of help desk operations and customer service principles.
Familiarity with computer networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and operating systems (Windows and Mac OS).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Effective communication skills to interact with users at all levels of technical proficiency.
Relevant certifications in IT support or networking are a plus but not required.
