Job description

  • Research and manage foundational data projects including Organizational Units, Locations, Product Models, and Service Offerings.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports for all foundational data workstreams.
  • Assist with intake and demand management activities as needed, supporting the evaluation and prioritization of incoming platform requests involving foundational data.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure accurate ServiceNow data governance.
  • Define data standards and governance policies for foundational data entities within the platform.
  • Track and report on data quality metrics and drive remediation of identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with the OCM team on training and communications for data-related changes.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables meet program and contractual requirements., * Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience managing Information Technology related projects.
  • Experience managing ServiceNow foundational data domains such as Organizational Units, Locations, Product Models, and Service Offerings.
  • Well versed in project life cycle and project management methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, with the ability to define and enforce data standards.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking project costs, schedule, and performance progress.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Benefits & conditions

Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $155-$175K annually. Kentro determines compensation by evaluating current government contracting and commercial market conditions, as well as the role’s specific requirements. Final salary placement within this range will be based on the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education, certifications, location, and security clearance level, where applicable., We offer competitive benefits package including paid time off, healthcare benefits, supplemental benefits, 401k including an employer match, discount perks, rewards, and more.
