Oracle Cloud OTL / Time & Labor Functional Lead

• OTL configuration experience including time entry, time rules, approval rules, time categories, layouts, and related setups
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Understanding of OTL integration with Payroll, Absence Management, Projects and other HCM modules
• Experience supporting CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-production activities
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Time & Labor configuration and integration issues
• Strong functional documentation and client-facing communication skills

Highly Preferred

• Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling experience
• Experience with OTL integrations and time-entry interfaces
• Experience leading an Oracle Cloud OTL workstream
