• Optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows for enhanced efficiency.
• Track and drive continuous improvement efforts across different operational areas.
• Plan and execute improvement projects to meet goals and deadlines.
• Design equipment layouts and safety measures to maximize plant utilization.
• Oversee equipment procurement and implementation, ensuring optimal capital expenditure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering
• Proficient in lean principles and throughput improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
