Job description
We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team supporting OCP, Pega, and EDAP scrum teams. The role includes core Scrum leadership and delivery, along with project and release management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile frameworks, Jira-driven delivery, and enterprise change management, with a proven ability to drive outcomes, remove impediments, and coordinate end-to-end releases., * Lead Agile teams and apply Scrum to deliver business value across OCP, Pega, and EDAP teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI preparation.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum processes and Agile principles, coaching teams to improve delivery flow and quality.
- Use Jira to manage deliverables, track work, and report progress and risks.
- Execute Enterprise Change Management requirements and align to BAC Enterprise Change Standards, including change controls, risk, and approvals.
- Remove impediments quickly and coordinate with partners to maintain delivery momentum.
- Coordinate deployment events and perform post-production validation.
- Manage end-to-end release management activities and project-level routines as needed.
- Facilitate communication, influence and negotiate across project, technology, and business stakeholders, and produce weekly status updates using agreed templates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Agile experience, including hands-on Scrum Master leadership.
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
- Experience executing Enterprise Change Management processes and navigating BAC Enterprise Change Standards.
- Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, and facilitation skills with the ability to operate across levels.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and XP, and of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management experience beyond Scrum facilitation, including governance documentation such as playbooks, RACI, and checkpoints.
- High credibility with executives and business partners with demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive results.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with management-ready communications.
- Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM.
- Experience with PI preparation in SAFe environments and broader exposure to Agile frameworks, including Kanban and XP practices.
