Space Force - Interoperability Test Engineer - Secret

• Perform interoperability testing for SDA program systems as part of a cross-functional engineering team.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and integration of hardware and software components.
• Develop and implement test automation processes and tooling.
• Analyze network performance and signal processing for system validation.
• Document test results and provide technical leadership in resolving issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related STEM field and 2+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree plus 6 months of experience.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and engineering principles.
• Ability to apply systems engineering concepts to testing and integration activities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with limited oversight.

Clearance Requirements

• Department of Defense Top Secret clearance required at time of hire.
• Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Preferred Skills

• Network experience (routing, analysis, signal processing).
• System testing and troubleshooting expertise.
• Test automation and tooling development.
• Hardware/software integration experience.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Python.
