Support Engineer - Your JobKey Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:Handle and resolve customer technical issues via phone or ticketing system, ensuring quick and efficient solutions.
  • Network Monitoring & Maintenance:Support the implementation and maintenance of network systems such as WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, and more, while monitoring systems to ensure operational continuity.
  • Configuration & Integration:Assist in the initial configuration of network equipment and ensure seamless integration into existing customer environments.
  • Customer Service:Provide both proactive and reactive support to customers, working closely with the technical team to resolve network issues.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach:Identify and document technical problems, contributing to process improvements to prevent future incidents.

Requirements

  • Education:A degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience:At least 1 year of experience in a first-line support role, preferably in a network or telecom environment.
  • Skills:Strong foundational knowledge of network technologies (WiFi, routing, VLANs) and IT infrastructures.
  • Languages:Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Mindset:Customer-oriented, a team player, and eager to develop further in a technical environment.
