IT Support Specialist

• Position will be responsible for basic on-site maintenance/installation of desktop, laptops, printers, HP Laser Jet, RF test equipment and Zebra (label printing) technologies.
• Ability to work with a ticketing system
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of current technologies
• Aptitude to learn new things

Candidate needs to understand the relationship between hardware and software and be able to work well with multiple projects at once.

Helpful skills will include:

• understanding of TCPIP networking as well as the Microsoft desktop server architecture.
• Working with Cat 5e/6/fiber and Wi-Fi connections
• Internet Security - Remote Access of Hardware & Software
• Strong Project management skills with past history of completing IT projects
• Bilingual is a plus
• Candidate must be capable of moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, * Bachelor’s (Preferred), * IT support: 2 years (Required)
