Job description

  • Annahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Supportanfragen 1st- und 2nd-Level
  • UnterstĂźtzung der Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Dokumentation von StĂśrungen, LĂśsungen und IT-Prozessen
  • UnterstĂźtzung bei IT-Rollouts und Projekten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, wie z.B. Fachinformatiker:in mit erster Berufserfahrung oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit den gängigen Betriebssystemen (z.B. Windows, Linux), Standardsoftware (Office, Microsoft 365 usw.) sowie Hardware-Komponenten
  • LĂśsungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2)
